steel(M.S.) water pipes has the following advantages:-

of spiral welded pipes, permits it to be use in difficult
terrain and external shocks as surge, water hammer,washout, floods
and extreme temperature changes.
- Reliability
- the spiral process produces an extremely reliable weld which
is significantly less affected by circumferential(hoop) stress
than a longitudinally welded seam.
